Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Green Witches Corner website, products, courses, digital materials, memberships, subscriptions, virtual and in-person events, community spaces, recordings, and other services offered by Green Witches Corner LLC (“Green Witches Corner,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, purchasing or downloading a product, enrolling in a course or membership, registering for or attending an event, participating in a Green Witches Corner community, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms and any additional terms or policies that apply to the particular product, service, event, or promotion.

1. Green Witches Corner Services

Green Witches Corner is an educational and community-centered business offering content and resources related to herbalism, witchcraft and spiritual practice, intentional living, business, creativity, and related subjects. Our offerings may include articles and plant monographs, courses, downloadable resources, memberships and subscriptions, Book Club participation, Herbal Round Table gatherings, Twilight Tribe gatherings, Zoom meetings, recorded educational material, public video libraries or playlists, community spaces, physical products, in-person classes, markets and pop-up sales, and other educational or commercial offerings introduced by Green Witches Corner.

The availability, format, price, schedule, content, and delivery method of individual services may change over time.

2. Third-Party Platforms and Services

Some Green Witches Corner services are provided with the assistance of third-party platforms. Pensight is currently used for product and course delivery, membership and subscription services, customer access, and email communications. Payments may be processed through Stripe, PayPal, Square, and other payment or tap-to-pay providers used for online or in-person sales. Virtual meetings and events may be hosted through Zoom, while community interaction may also occur through Facebook or other social-media services.

When you use a third-party service, you may also be subject to that provider’s own terms, policies, and technical requirements. Green Witches Corner does not own or control those third-party platforms and cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to them. If a third-party provider experiences an outage, processing delay, restriction, or other interruption outside our reasonable control, we will make reasonable efforts to restore or provide the affected Green Witches Corner service where practicable.

3. Purchases and Payment

Prices, payment options, included materials, and any recurring billing terms will be presented at the time of purchase or registration. By completing a purchase, you authorize the applicable payment processor to charge the payment method you provide for the stated amount, including applicable taxes, fees, recurring charges, or other amounts disclosed before purchase.

You are responsible for providing accurate billing and contact information and for ensuring that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.

4. Memberships and Subscription Refunds

Memberships and recurring subscriptions, including Book Club membership and any future recurring Green Witches Corner program, may renew automatically according to the billing terms shown at enrollment. You may cancel future renewal through the platform used to manage the subscription, including Pensight when applicable.

If you request cancellation and a refund within three (3) calendar days after a recurring membership or subscription charge is processed, Green Witches Corner will refund the full amount of that charge. After the third day, any approved refund will be prorated based on a thirty-day billing period and the number of days remaining in the paid period at the time the cancellation request is received.

Green Witches Corner may require sufficient information to identify the transaction and process the request. Once a refund is approved, Green Witches Corner may take up to five (5) business days to issue the refund. After the refund is issued, additional processing time may be required by your bank, card issuer, or payment provider before the funds appear in your account.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges. Access to membership-only services may end when the refund is processed or, when no refund is requested, at the end of the already-paid period.

5. Digital Downloads and Downloadable Products

All downloadable and digital-product purchases are final and non-refundable once purchased. This includes digital files, worksheets, templates, guides, workbooks, downloadable recordings, printable resources, and other electronically delivered materials unless a different written policy is expressly provided for a specific product or a refund is required by law.

6. Courses and Lifetime Access

Green Witches Corner courses include lifetime access to the purchased course for as long as Green Witches Corner continues to operate the course or can reasonably provide access through the platform used to deliver it. “Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the course offering and does not guarantee permanent availability of any specific third-party platform or technology.

A course purchase is eligible for a refund only until the first of the following occurs: (1) ten (10) calendar days have passed from the date of enrollment, or (2) the purchaser accesses or downloads the first downloadable course material. Once either event occurs, the course becomes non-refundable.

Course access and course materials are licensed strictly for the purchaser’s personal use. Resale, reproduction, redistribution, republication, file sharing, public posting, commercial reuse, sublicensing, or any other use outside the personal license granted by Green Witches Corner is strictly prohibited unless Green Witches Corner provides express written permission.

7. Physical Products, Pop-Up Markets, and In-Person Sales

Because Green Witches Corner may sell consumable, botanical, handmade, or personal-use products at markets, pop-up events, classes, or other in-person settings, return eligibility is limited for safety and contamination reasons.

All in-person sales are final except as expressly stated here. Tinctures, syrups, and oils may be returned within five (5) calendar days after purchase only when the product is unopened, unused, and the original safety seal remains fully intact. A receipt or other Green Witches Corner-issued proof of purchase is required. If a customer declines a receipt at the time of purchase and no other acceptable proof of purchase is available, no refund will be issued.

Bulk herbs are never returnable or refundable once sold. Opened, used, unsealed, contaminated, damaged-after-purchase, or otherwise non-resalable consumable products are not eligible for return. Any product-specific return rule displayed at the point of sale will also apply.

8. Events, Gatherings, and Participation

Green Witches Corner hosts educational and community events that may include Book Club meetings, Herbal Round Tables, Twilight Tribe gatherings, workshops, classes, discussions, and other virtual or in-person experiences. Dates, times, topics, speakers, formats, availability, and other details may change when reasonably necessary.

Participants are expected to engage respectfully and to follow any event-specific instructions or community standards communicated by Green Witches Corner.

9. Recorded Events, Replays, Public Videos, and Promotional Use

Green Witches Corner records certain Zoom meetings, classes, gatherings, and other events. Recording is a regular and disclosed part of some Green Witches Corner programs, including Book Club, Herbal Round Table, Twilight Tribe, and other sessions where replays, educational archives, public videos, or promotional content may be created.

By choosing to attend and remain in a session after notice that the session is being recorded, you consent to the recording of the session and to the capture of any image, voice, display name, chat contribution, question, comment, or other participation that you voluntarily make while the recording is active. Participants who do not consent to being recorded should not remain in the recorded session.

Participants are not required to activate a camera or microphone. If you do not want your image captured, you should keep your camera disabled. If you do not want your voice captured, you should keep your microphone muted and refrain from speaking while the recording is active. Green Witches Corner will make reasonable efforts to explain recording practices to new members and attendees and to provide notice through event communications when recording is expected.

Green Witches Corner may provide recordings as member or participant replays, maintain them as educational archives, create public Book Club videos or playlists associated with books featured on the website, publish Herbal Round Table or Twilight Tribe recordings or excerpts, and use portions of recordings in advertising, marketing, social-media content, promotional videos, trailers, or other materials that describe or promote Green Witches Corner programs.

Green Witches Corner makes reasonable efforts to remove or obscure participant names and unnecessary identifying information from promotional material when practical. However, names and other identifying information may remain visible or audible in full replay recordings, and Green Witches Corner cannot guarantee that every identifier can be removed from a replay without materially altering the recording. By participating in a recorded session after notice, you understand and accept that replays may preserve parts of the original meeting environment.

Attendance and recorded participation give Green Witches Corner permission to use the resulting recording, including reasonable edits and excerpts, for replay, educational, archival, public, advertising, and promotional purposes connected with Green Witches Corner. This permission does not transfer ownership of a participant’s independently created copyrighted work to Green Witches Corner.

10. Community Conduct

Green Witches Corner is intended to support learning, exploration, discussion, and community among people who may hold different spiritual practices, traditions, experiences, beliefs, backgrounds, and perspectives. Participants may disagree, but they may not use Green Witches Corner spaces to harass, threaten, stalk, bully, intentionally humiliate, discriminate against, or abuse others.

You may not use our website, meetings, groups, events, or other community spaces to distribute malware, spam, fraudulent material, illegal content, unauthorized advertising, or material that violates another person’s rights. Green Witches Corner may moderate discussions and may remove content or restrict, suspend, or terminate participation when reasonably necessary to protect the community, the business, other participants, or the integrity of a program. Serious misconduct may result in removal without refund where permitted by law.

11. Accounts and Access

When access to a product, membership, course, or other service is provided through a customer account or third-party platform, you are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. You may not share paid access, login credentials, course accounts, member-only links, or restricted materials with people who have not purchased or been granted access.

12. Intellectual Property and Personal-Use License

Unless otherwise stated, the Green Witches Corner website and its original content—including written material, plant monographs, articles, course materials, educational systems, worksheets, downloads, graphics, photographs, videos, recordings, designs, logos, branding, and other original materials—are owned by or licensed to Green Witches Corner LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Purchasing or receiving Green Witches Corner material grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for the personal use intended for that material. It does not transfer ownership. You may use knowledge and skills you legitimately learn in your own life or business, but you may not reproduce or redistribute the instructional materials themselves.

Without express written permission, you may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, distribute, sell, sublicense, share, publicly display, commercially exploit, create unauthorized derivative products from, or remove ownership notices from Green Witches Corner materials.

13. User Contributions

When Green Witches Corner allows comments, discussion posts, questions, reviews, testimonials, images, or other user-submitted content, you remain responsible for what you submit and represent that you have the right to submit it. When you intentionally submit material for publication on a Green Witches Corner platform, you grant Green Witches Corner a non-exclusive license to display and use that contribution for the purpose for which it was submitted. Separate permission may be sought when identifiable customer content or testimonials are intended for a materially different promotional use.

14. Affiliate Links, Advertising, and Third-Party Recommendations

Green Witches Corner may display advertising and participate in affiliate relationships with third-party companies and networks, including Amazon, Herbal Academy, Awin, ClickBank, Google AdSense, and other partners. Green Witches Corner may receive compensation when you make a qualifying purchase or take another qualifying action through certain links.

Affiliate relationships do not give Green Witches Corner control over a third-party seller, product, website, fulfillment process, refund policy, customer service, or privacy practices. Recommendations and affiliate relationships do not guarantee that a third-party product or service will be appropriate for every person.

15. Giveaways, Contests, and Promotions

Green Witches Corner may occasionally conduct giveaways, contests, sweepstakes, or other promotions. Individual promotions may be subject to separate Official Rules describing eligibility, entry periods, methods of entry, prizes, winner selection, restrictions, and other applicable conditions. If promotion-specific Official Rules conflict with these Terms regarding that promotion, the Official Rules will control.

16. Educational Information and Disclaimer

Green Witches Corner provides educational and informational material. Content concerning herbalism, wellness, spiritual practice, witchcraft, intentional living, business, finance, creativity, or other subjects should not automatically be interpreted as individualized medical, legal, financial, psychological, or other professional advice. The separate Green Witches Corner Disclaimer forms part of the conditions governing use of our educational content.

17. No Guaranteed Results

Education can provide knowledge, tools, frameworks, and opportunities, but outcomes depend on circumstances outside Green Witches Corner’s control. We do not guarantee specific health, financial, business, spiritual, educational, personal, or other results from using our content, courses, products, memberships, recommendations, or services. Testimonials and examples describe individual experiences and are not promises that another person will obtain the same result.

18. Availability and Changes to Services

We work to keep Green Witches Corner services available and accurate, but uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed. Website maintenance, internet outages, third-party platform failures, payment-provider interruptions, Zoom issues, hosting problems, emergencies, weather, illness, event changes, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control may interrupt a service.

Green Witches Corner may update, modify, reorganize, replace, suspend, or discontinue content, products, features, or services when reasonably necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid materially depriving customers of something they have already purchased without providing an appropriate alternative where required.

19. Prohibited Use

You may not use Green Witches Corner services to violate applicable law, infringe another person’s rights, interfere with the website or services, gain unauthorized access to systems or accounts, circumvent access restrictions, scrape or systematically extract protected content without authorization, distribute malware, impersonate another person, commit fraud, or commercially exploit Green Witches Corner materials without permission.

20. External Links

Green Witches Corner contains links to websites and services operated by third parties. Those links may include educational resources, research, booksellers, social platforms, payment processors, affiliate merchants, advertisers, or other resources. Green Witches Corner does not control those websites and is not responsible for their independent content, security, availability, privacy practices, policies, or transactions.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Green Witches Corner LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of, or inability to use, Green Witches Corner content, products, services, events, third-party links, or platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Green Witches Corner LLC arising out of or relating to the website, content, products, services, memberships, events, or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount actually paid by you to Green Witches Corner LLC for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (US $100).

This limitation is intended to limit the amount of recoverable damages, not to eliminate responsibility where liability exists. It does not apply to liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded under applicable law. Where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited to the amount stated above, Green Witches Corner’s liability will be limited only to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

22. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Green Witches Corner LLC and its owners, employees, contractors, representatives, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and reasonable expenses arising from your unlawful conduct, material violation of these Terms, infringement of another person’s rights, or misuse of Green Witches Corner services or materials.

23. Termination or Restriction of Access

Green Witches Corner may suspend or terminate access to a service, membership, community, event, or account when reasonably necessary because of nonpayment, fraud, abuse, security concerns, unlawful conduct, serious community misconduct, intellectual-property violations, or material violations of these Terms. Provisions that reasonably need to survive termination—including intellectual-property protections, limitations of liability, dispute provisions, and accrued payment obligations—will continue to apply.

24. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable federal law or another law that cannot legally be waived controls. Before initiating formal litigation concerning a dispute arising from these Terms, you and Green Witches Corner agree to make a reasonable good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally by contacting the other party and explaining the issue and requested resolution.

25. Changes to These Terms

Green Witches Corner may update these Terms when our services, business practices, technologies, or legal obligations change. The current version will be posted on our website with an updated revision date. Changes generally apply prospectively after publication. When a material change affects an existing paid subscription or continuing service, additional notice may be provided when appropriate.

26. Entire Agreement and Severability

These Terms, together with the Green Witches Corner Privacy Policy, Disclaimer, purchase-specific terms, event notices, promotion Official Rules, and any other policies expressly incorporated into a particular service, constitute the applicable agreement concerning that service. If a provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
